Yup, boys will be boys right? Penis jokes and all. But not all boys have access to a fleet of Navy Jets to draw a giant penis in the sky with!
The Navy admitted it's pilots did in fact do it and had this to say:
“The Navy holds its aircrew to the highest standards and we find this absolutely unacceptable, of zero training value and we are holding the crew accountable.”
Sounds to me like someone is going to be in trouble.
The Federal Aviation Administration, when asked for comment, said they're powerless to act unless the incident poses a safety risk. An official also said the agency "cannot police morality."
